Are you analytical and motivated by developing data solutions that make a difference? We are looking for a Data Warehouse Developer who wants to contribute to the further development of modern and sustainable data warehouses!
About the role
As a DW Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining data warehouse solutions. You will work with the entire chain from data acquisition and transformation to modeling and making data available for analysis. You will be part of a team that drives data-driven innovation forward!
This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Academic Work but work at the client's site. For the right person, there are good opportunities for permanent employment!
Responsibilities
This role involves developing and maintaining data warehouses, creating ETL/ELT solutions, and modeling data to meet the business's analytical needs.
- Development and improvement of database objects in Teradata
- Management of ETL pipelines with Informatica (IDMC/Cloud Data Integration or PowerCenter)
- Participation in planning, development, testing, and deployment
- Ensuring data quality and integrity in the database for regulatory reporting
We are looking for someone who
- Has a bachelor's degree in computer science, business intelligence, data science, or similar
- Has advanced knowledge of SQL
- Has a good understanding of Data Warehouse modeling
- Has knowledge and understanding of designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines
- Has experience with Python or other scripting languages
- Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English
It is a plus if you have
- Experience with Snowflake or Teradata platforms
- Experience with Informatica tools (IDMC, PowerCenter)
- Basic knowledge of cloud services
